I'm currently SVP of Product, Data & Platform at Xplor, where I lead strategy for the company's cross-product technology foundations. I'm also the founder of Gobo and advise founders and executive teams on these kinds of systems, particularly during periods of growth or transition.

I believe clear values are one of the most underutilized tools in technology leadership, especially as organizations scale. When teams align on principles early, decisions get easier, culture grows more naturally, and growth stops feeling fragile.
